1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
3 cups shredded coconut
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 cannabis-infused chocolate bar
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all the ingredients. Use a teaspoon to drop the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minute. The recipe makes roughly 30 bite-sized macaroons.

Break a cannabis-infused chocolate bar into pieces. Place the pieces in a microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on medium for 30-second intervals, stirring as you go. Once the chocolate is melted, dip macaroons into the chocolate and place on wax paper.
Remember: Cooking with cannabis can be tricky, and people react differently to edibles than they do with other cannabis products. Start small. Wait a couple of hours to gauge your reaction before taking another dose. More importantly, mark edibles properly and keep them away from children.
