This has been our go-to munchies buster recently, especially on leg day. It’s simple, it’s delicious, and it keeps us from loading up on junk food. Look, Anthony Bourdain doesn’t work at Onrush (yet), so not all of our recipes are going to be earth shattering and/or exotic. All our recipes will, however, taste great and be easy to make. Don’t underestimate simplicity.
1 cup 2% Milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we use Gold Standard)
1 scoop PB2 powdered peanut butter1 medium Banana
While you can put all the ingredients in a blender, we like to make this a chunkier shake. We accomplish this by smashing the banana with a fork and mixing all the ingredients in a shaker cup.
